Born in Mexico, but raised in Atlanta, I grew up in a very spiritual household. From an early age I was exposed to meditation, spirituality, and the power of the mind. My interest in yoga began around 13 when I started going to random yoga classes here and there, but it wasn’t until college when I truly began to appreciate yoga.

Yoga helped me find peace in the chaos that was classes, work, friends, family and more. I decided to pursue my passion for yoga by getting my 200-hour yoga-teaching certificate. I traveled across the country to Seattle, Washington, the yoga capitol of America and studied at The Center for Yoga of Seattle. It was a beautiful journey that made me realize how powerful the mind, body, and spirit truly are. Through my own personal journey and yoga classes I hope to share this realization and help others discover their own strength and find their own surrender.

My love for travel is a great gift I inherited from my mother who continues to march to the beat of her own drum. I plan on exploring as much as possible and  am sharing my experiences with you all in hopes of igniting a flame in your spirit.

I honor the place in you where Spirit lives
I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Truth, of Light, of Peace
When you are in that place in you,
And I am in that place in me,
Then we are one.
